Can I sell my plot with no planning permission?

Absolutely. In fact, most of the land we sell doesn’t have planning permission secured. A lot of our buyers look for plots for recreational use – to park a caravan, for use as an allotment or to even just own a piece of land!

Will I need to take less money to sell?
