Can I sell my land without planning permission?

Yes, you can! Most of the land we sell doesn't have planning permission. Lots of our buyers just want land for fun stuff—like parking a caravan, growing plants, or simply owning a bit of land for themselves.

Do I have to accept any offer?

No. You set the minimum price, and you only accept an offer if you're happy with it.

Do I have to take less money by selling at auction?

Not at all! You can still get full value for your land. We even allow buyers who are using lending. If that's the case, we'll just check if you're okay with giving them a bit more time to complete the sale (usually 6–8 weeks). They still pay a non-refundable deposit, so your sale is secure.

Am I locked into a contract?

Yes. We ask for 90 days because we pay for all the upfront costs. If we don't get you an offer you want to take after 90 days, you're free to walk away — you don't pay a penny.
