Because we deal with investors, as long as we have good marketing materials, buyers never need to step through the door. However, if we have a buyer who absolutely needs to see inside the property and we have qualified them as being serious and seen proof of funds, we’ll organise the viewing ourselves.
What happens if you don’t manage to sell my property?
We work on no sale, no fee. In the worst case scenario, if we do not get you an offer that you are happy with, there is no obligation to sell and you would have absolutely nothing to pay.
